This historic building is located in the city of Los Realejos. All kind of shops are located in the surrounding area. The community impressives with its historic buildings such as the town hall and churches. In just a few minutes Puerto de la Cruz and Playa El Socorro can be reached.

The row house with 240 m² of living space was completely renovated and fitted out in the last years. It has altogether three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a kitchen with adjoining dining room, an additional dressing room, a garage and several terraces. The large living room which is covered with laminate is entrancing with its huge ceiling height. For romantic moments there is a fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet. The dining room is lightened by glass stones in the ceiling with daylight. It also offers access to the terrace via a staircase. The open kitchen is next to the dining room and also offers a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, lots of cabinets for plenty of storage and another dining area. Via a staircase the first floor can be reached. Under the stairs is a room that serves as a storage room. The stairs to the upper floor are divided halfway up which results in a platform that is currently equipped with a couch and a coffee table. Upstairs all rooms and a bathroom are accessible across the hall. Over one bedroom a narrow balcony can be entered, which offers a view of the street. The second bedroom, as well as every other room is provided with a high ceiling and tall windows. The shared bathroom has two washbasins with wide base cabinets and a large mirror, a shower and a toilet. The dressing room should emphasize particularly, as it provides enough space for all things by his large and wide wardrobes. However, the largest and most impressive room is the master bedroom. Through the high wood ceiling and the pitched roof form above the bed, a pleasant sleep is almost guaranteed. A small open space or oriel offers the possibility to set up a reading corner. The en-suite bathroom has a bath tub, a toilet and a washbasin with a mirror. From this bedroom, as well as from the hall, you can enter the terrace that extends around half of the house. Via another staircase the roof terrace can be reached, which offers wonderful view of the mountainous landscape and the sea.

The house is located in a very quiet street, in which a car barely runs. The garage offers enough space for one car and additional storage for tools and other equipment. The house is sold furnished with some exceptions.

Location & surrounding area:

Los Realejos is bordered to the west of Puerto de la Cruz. The community stretches from the Atlantic Ocean up to the slopes. A pristine cliff has five beach bays, from west to east these are Los Roques (among other things, a natural rock bridge in the sea), La Fajana, Castro, El Socorro and La Grimona. In particular, the beach of El Socorro is used by both locals and tourists with good grace, for bathing or even especially for surfing.

The best locations for villas and chalets can be found firstly in Rambla del Mar and in the settlements Romantica I and II, between load paths in the Protegido Paisaje de la Rambla de Castro directly at the cliffs to explore the virtually picturesque and historically dominated landscape that goes back to one of the first great mansions of Tenerife. This is one of several protected natural areas, which Los Realejos has preserved to this day.

In the districts La Longuera and El Toscal above La Romántica as well as in the core of the community around Realejo Alto we find all the shops and amenities of daily use. From the vantage points of high places, some of them fitted with restaurants, there are spectacular views to Puerto de la Cruz and the north coast of Tenerife, enjoyed in particular by hang-glider pilots starting from Las Coronas.
